01How do I get paid?
You are always paid directly by TikTok. The Gifts your viewers send during your LIVE convert into Diamonds in your TikTok account, and you withdraw your earnings through TikTok's own payout system to the payment method you set up with TikTok.
VIIRAL Networks will never pay you, and VIIRAL Networks will never ask you — the creator — for money. Your earnings never pass through us.
02How does VIIRAL Networks get paid?
VIIRAL Networks is paid directly by TikTok. The better you do, the better we do — but how we do never comes out of your portion. Joining VIIRAL does not reduce what you earn.
We are a LIVE creator network. Our job is to onboard new streamers and work with them to launch a successful LIVE.
03Does it cost anything to join VIIRAL?
No. There is no sign-up fee, no monthly fee, no coaching fee and no "training package" to buy. If anyone claiming to be VIIRAL asks you to pay to join, pay for promotion or pay to unlock earnings, it is not us — report it to hello@viiral.net.
04What are Gifts and Diamonds?
Gifts are virtual items viewers buy with TikTok Coins and send to you during a LIVE. Gifts you receive are converted into Diamonds, which is how TikTok tracks the value you have earned. You can then withdraw eligible Diamonds as real money through TikTok.
Conversion rates, minimum withdrawal amounts and payout methods are set by TikTok and can change. Always check TikTok's current LIVE monetization rules in the app.
05Do you guarantee how much I will earn?
No — and nobody honest can. Earnings depend on your content, consistency, community and TikTok's own systems. We never guarantee views, followers, Gifts, Diamonds, revenue, verification or LIVE access. Anyone who promises you a specific income is lying to you.
What we do guarantee is effort: a real onboarding process, coaching and a plan built around your goals.
06Who handles my taxes?
You do. Because TikTok pays you directly, your LIVE income is your income, and you are responsible for reporting it according to the tax rules where you live. TikTok may request tax information from you before releasing payouts. We recommend speaking with a local accountant once you start earning consistently.

07Do you own my account?
No. VIIRAL Networks does not own your account, and no TikTok LIVE creator agency should ever make you sign your account over.
We will never ask for your password or login details, and we will never tell you that your account belongs to us. If someone is doing that, they are not a part of VIIRAL Networks.
08Will you ever ask for my password or a login code?
Never. Not your password, not a verification code, not a two-factor code, and not access to your email. Our team does everything we need through TikTok's official tools and through normal conversation with you.
If you receive a message asking for any of these from someone using the VIIRAL name, do not share anything and contact us at hello@viiral.net.
09How do I know I'm really talking to VIIRAL?
Official VIIRAL communication comes from an @viiral.net email address or from the official VIIRAL social accounts linked in the footer of this website. We never recruit through LIVE chat spam, and we never pressure you to decide on the spot.
If you are unsure whether a message is genuine, email hello@viiral.net and we will confirm it for you.
10Do I keep control of my content and my brand?
Yes. Your content, your persona, your schedule and your community are yours. We coach, advise and help you plan, but you decide what you stream and when. Any brand opportunities are always presented to you for your approval.
11How long is my relationship with VIIRAL Networks?
Every VIIRAL creator has a 3-year relationship with VIIRAL Networks. Why? Because so much goes into helping you find success: the training, the calls, the audits and everything else in between. That is what we value our time at.
The 3-year term covers your relationship with VIIRAL, never ownership of your account. Your account, your followers and your content are always yours.
12What personal information do you collect when I apply?
Only what we need to review your application and contact you: your name, email, phone number, location, your TikTok handle if you have one, and some details about your LIVE activity and goals. We never ask for passwords or banking details. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

03Who can join.
13What are your markets?
Currently our markets are Canada and the United States of America.
We have plans to expand into Japan, Australia, Saudi Arabia and a handful of other countries. If you live outside Canada or the US, you are welcome to reach out so we can contact you when we launch in your region.
14How old do I need to be?
You must be at least 18 years old to apply to VIIRAL Networks. TikTok also has its own minimum age to go LIVE and to receive Gifts, and every creator must meet it.
15Do I need a certain number of followers?
Yes. You need a minimum of 50 followers to go LIVE.
16I've never gone LIVE before. Can I still apply?
Yes. Aspiring LIVE creators are welcome. Part of what we do is help new streamers launch their first LIVE properly — setup, format, schedule and how to build a community from day one.
17I'm already with another agency or creator network. Can I join VIIRAL?
No. We do not accept creators who are currently part of another agency or creator network, and we will never try to pull you away from one. We don't poach.
18What kind of content can I stream?
Almost any category that follows TikTok's Community Guidelines: gaming, music, talk shows, comedy, fitness, cooking, art, education, lifestyle, beauty, Q&As and more. What matters most is that you show up consistently and give viewers a reason to stay.
19Do I need to stream full-time?
No. We recommend you go LIVE 15 days a month, for a minimum of 1–2 hours per LIVE.
20Do I need to stream in English?
No. You can stream in the language your community speaks. Tell us which languages you create in when you apply.

04Streaming, done right.
21What equipment do I need to start?
A modern smartphone and a stable internet connection are enough to start. The upgrades that matter most, in order: good lighting (a ring light or window light), clear audio (a simple clip-on or USB mic), a phone stand or tripod, and a clean background. Expensive gear comes later — it never replaces a good show.
22How often should I go LIVE?
We recommend you go LIVE 15 days a month, for a minimum of 1–2 hours per LIVE.
23How long should each LIVE be?
1–2 hours minimum per session.
24What's the best time of day to go LIVE?
It depends on where your audience lives and when they're on TikTok. Your analytics will show when your followers are most active. We help you read that data and test time slots, rather than guessing.
25What should I actually do on a LIVE?
Have a plan. Strong LIVEs have a clear theme, an opening that hooks new viewers, interaction built in (questions, challenges, polls, shout-outs) and moments that give people a reason to stay. Talk to your viewers, not at them — and greet people by name when they join.
26What are LIVE Matches and Battles?
Matches let two or more creators go head-to-head on a split screen while their communities send Gifts to support them. Played well, they're one of the most engaging formats on TikTok LIVE and a great way to meet new audiences. Our team helps creators plan Matches and connect with other creators in the network.
27Should I have moderators?
Yes. We help you vet people and find reliable moderators.
28How do I grow my audience on LIVE?
Growth comes from a combination of things: a consistent schedule, short-form videos that promote your LIVEs, strong openings that keep new viewers, real interaction with your chat, collaborations and Matches with other creators, and showing up even when the numbers are small. Every regular viewer started as someone who stayed one minute longer.
29Can I ask viewers for Gifts?
Be careful here. TikTok's rules prohibit misleading or manipulative Gift solicitation, such as begging, promising something you won't deliver, or offering anything in exchange for Gifts that breaks the rules. Thanking supporters and creating fun, interactive moments is encouraged. We coach every creator on monetizing in a way that is policy-safe.
30What happens if I break TikTok's Community Guidelines?
TikTok may end your LIVE, issue a warning, or temporarily or permanently restrict your LIVE access or account. These decisions are made by TikTok, not VIIRAL. The best protection is knowing the rules — we review TikTok's Community Guidelines and LIVE policies with every creator during onboarding.
31How do I stay safe and protect my privacy on LIVE?
Never show your address, your street, your licence plate or anything that identifies where you live or work. Don't share personal contact details with viewers, be cautious about off-platform requests, and use blocking and moderation tools freely. Your safety always comes before any stream.
32I'm nervous about my first LIVE. Any tips?
Everyone is. Plan your first 10 minutes, have a few talking points ready, and treat a small audience as a chance to practise — if only three people show up, make those three feel like regulars. It gets easier every time you go LIVE.

33What does VIIRAL Networks actually do for me?
We help you build a professional LIVE operation: onboarding, coaching, stream reviews, programming and scheduling, help understanding your analytics, policy-safe monetization guidance, community, events and brand-readiness. You focus on creating; we help you build the system around it.
34What happens after I apply?
A real person on our team reviews your application, your public content and your fit. If it looks like a match, we'll contact you for a conversation about your goals and how we work. If both sides agree, we onboard you.
35How long does the application take?
The application itself takes most creators under five minutes. Review times vary with volume, and we contact every qualified creator directly. Please make sure your phone number and email are correct.
36Will I have someone to talk to?
Yes. Every VIIRAL creator is assigned a manager who works with you on coaching, planning and questions. You're never left to figure things out alone.
37Does VIIRAL guarantee LIVE access or verification?
No. Account approval, LIVE access, verification and every feature or program are decided by TikTok under its own rules. We help you meet those requirements and stay in good standing, but we never promise outcomes that only TikTok controls.
38Can I refer a friend who wants to stream?
Yes — you can earn a $250 referral commission. Stipulations apply: within their first 30 days, the creator you refer must go LIVE for a minimum of 15 days, for a minimum of 15 hours, and earn 100,000 Diamonds. If they earn 50,000 Diamonds in that first month, you receive 50% of the advertised $250 ($125). See the Refer page for full program terms.
