VIIRAL Networks ("VIIRAL", "we", "us", or "our") is a business name operated by Alpha Maverick Advertising Ltd., a Canadian corporation based in British Columbia, Canada.
We take the privacy and security of our creators, applicants, partners, and website visitors seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, retain, and disclose personal information when you visit our website, apply to join VIIRAL Networks, communicate with us, or participate in our creator network.
Our privacy practices are designed to comply with applicable Canadian privacy legislation, including the British Columbia Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and, where applicable, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and other applicable privacy laws.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only information reasonably necessary to operate VIIRAL Networks, assess creator applications, communicate with applicants and creators, manage creator relationships, maintain our systems, and protect our network.
Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number, where provided
- Country
- Province or state
- City, where provided
- Confirmation that you are 18 years of age or older
- TikTok username
- TikTok profile URL
- Publicly available TikTok profile information
- Approximate follower range
- TikTok LIVE activity
- Creator goals
- Creator availability
- Languages spoken
- Referral source
- Application responses
- Communications with VIIRAL
- Consent records
- Information required to manage an active creator relationship
If you contact us through a contact form, we collect the information you voluntarily provide, including your name, email address, message, and any other information you choose to include.
We may also collect limited technical information for security, fraud prevention, website operation, and analytics purposes. This may include a hashed or otherwise protected representation of your IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, referral information, and campaign attribution information such as UTM parameters.
2. TikTok Passwords and Account Credentials
VIIRAL Networks does not ask for, collect, or store your TikTok password through our creator application or website.
You should never submit your TikTok password through a VIIRAL application form or contact form.
Where TikTok or another platform provides an official authorization, agency invitation, account-linking, API, or similar system, information may be exchanged through that platform's authorized systems in accordance with the applicable platform's requirements.
3. How We Use Personal Information
We may use personal information to:
- Review and assess creator applications
- Determine eligibility or suitability for VIIRAL programs
- Contact applicants regarding their applications
- Onboard accepted creators
- Manage creator relationships
- Provide creator support
- Communicate opportunities, resources, updates, and relevant information
- Operate and improve our creator network
- Maintain internal creator and applicant records
- Respond to inquiries
- Provide customer or creator support
- Analyze website and application performance
- Prevent spam, fraud, abuse, and unauthorized activity

4. We Do Not Sell Personal Information
VIIRAL Networks does not sell personal information.
We do not sell creator information, applicant information, contact information, application data, or website visitor information to data brokers, advertisers, marketers, or other third parties.
Our business model is based on creator-management and related services — not the sale of personal information.
5. Disclosure to Service Providers
We may use trusted technology and service providers to operate VIIRAL Networks.
These providers may process limited information on our behalf where necessary to provide services such as:
- Database infrastructure
- Website hosting
- Cloud infrastructure
- Email and communications
- Analytics
- Security
- Authentication
- Application management
- Customer or creator relationship management
- Internal business operations
Service providers are permitted to access information only as reasonably necessary to provide their services to us and are expected to maintain appropriate security and confidentiality protections.
We do not authorize service providers to sell VIIRAL creator or applicant information for their own purposes.
6. Storage and Security
Protecting personal information is a priority for VIIRAL Networks.
Our primary application infrastructure currently uses Supabase, with applicable data infrastructure configured in the Canada (ca-central-1) region.
We employ administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, destruction, or loss of personal information.
Depending on the applicable system, safeguards may include:
- Role-based access controls
- Row-level database security
- Restricted administrative access
- Secure authentication
- Encryption and secure transmission technologies

Access to personal information is restricted to authorized VIIRAL personnel and service providers who reasonably require access to perform their duties.
While we maintain strong safeguards designed to protect information, no internet-connected system or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Internal Access to Information
Personal information is not made freely available within VIIRAL.
Access is limited based on legitimate business requirements.
Personnel should only have access to information necessary for their responsibilities, such as reviewing creator applications, communicating with creators, administering the network, providing support, maintaining systems, or fulfilling legal and operational requirements.
8. Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, legitimate business requirements, dispute prevention, security, and applicable legal obligations.
Creator applications that do not proceed may generally be retained for up to 24 months for applicant-management and future opportunity purposes.
Applicants may request earlier deletion of their personal information, subject to information that we are legally permitted or required to retain.
For creators who join VIIRAL Networks, relevant information may be retained for the duration of the creator relationship and for a reasonable period afterward where necessary for business records, payment records, contractual obligations, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance.
When information is no longer reasonably required, we will delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it as appropriate.
9. Cookies, Analytics and Website Technologies
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies necessary for website functionality, security, analytics, performance measurement, and attribution.
These technologies may help us understand information such as:
- How visitors reach our website
- Which pages are viewed
- Application conversion performance
- General website usage
- Referral sources

You may continue to receive operational communications that are reasonably necessary for an active application or creator relationship.

We may disclose personal information where reasonably necessary or legally required to:

- Respond to a valid court order, warrant, subpoena, or lawful government request
- Investigate fraud or unlawful activity
- Protect the security of VIIRAL systems

We will not voluntarily disclose personal information to government authorities without a lawful basis.
12. Business Transactions
If Alpha Maverick Advertising Ltd. undergoes or considers a financing, restructuring, merger, acquisition, sale, transfer of assets, or similar corporate transaction, information may be disclosed to professional advisers or transaction participants where reasonably necessary and permitted by law.
Where required, appropriate confidentiality and privacy protections will apply.
13. International and Cross-Border Processing
VIIRAL Networks is based in Canada and currently maintains its primary application infrastructure in Canada.
However, some technology providers or third-party services used by VIIRAL may process limited information outside Canada.
Information processed in another jurisdiction may become subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.
As VIIRAL expands internationally, including into the United States or other markets, we may update our privacy practices and this Privacy Policy to reflect applicable cross-border requirements.
14. Your Privacy Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

VIIRAL's standard creator application process is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
We do not knowingly use our standard application process to collect personal information from children.
If we become aware that information was submitted by an individual who was not eligible to submit it, we may delete that information as appropriate.
18. Third-Party Platforms
VIIRAL may interact with third-party platforms such as TikTok.
Those platforms maintain their own privacy policies, terms, technologies, and data-processing practices.
This Privacy Policy governs personal information controlled by Alpha Maverick Advertising Ltd. through VIIRAL Networks. It does not replace or modify the privacy policies of TikTok or other independent third-party services.
19. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes to our operations, technology, services, legal obligations, or privacy practices.
The most current version will be published with its updated effective date.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes.
